for ages the yurt had been the most popular dwelling in Kazakhstan suitable for both the economic conditions as well as the ethnic. it especially supported the nomadic lifestyle of the Kazakh people.
well we are no nomads but it certainly does feel like it sometimes! we don't know where to call home. So I thought for this journey we'll probably feel like we are in a yurt - ready at any moment to get up and leave....again.
